I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our pricing structure, specifically the introduction of a temporary fuel surcharge, which will come into effect from 1st April 2026.

As you will be aware, the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East has led to significant volatility in global energy markets. In recent months, this has resulted in sustained increases in fuel prices, directly impacting transportation, logistics, and overall operating costs across our supply chain.

Despite our continued efforts to absorb and mitigate these rising costs through internal efficiencies, the scale and persistence of these increases mean that a partial adjustment is now necessary. The introduction of this surcharge allows us to maintain the high level of service, reliability, and delivery performance that you expect from us, without compromising on quality.

The temporary fuel surcharge will be applied to all deliveries, including orders that would typically fall under standard carriage-paid terms, as follows:

– Orders up to €1,000 net: €5.50

– Orders between €1,000 and €5,000 net: €17.50

– Orders between €5,000 and €10,000 net: €35.00

– Orders over €10,000 net: €58.00

We want to reassure you that this measure has been implemented only after careful consideration and will be kept under regular review. Should market conditions stabilise, we will look to revise or remove the surcharge accordingly.
